A solar heating system cleanser specifically developed to dissolve severely degraded glycol deposits caused by panel stagnation overheating.
 
10 Litres Concentrated.
Requires diluting to desired ratio with water.
DRAINDOWN
 
Shade panels with suitable covers. Run domestic hot water taps until water runs cool.
Drain down the contaminated solar fluid from the lowest point of the system and collect in a suitable container.
 
CLEANING
 
Connect the solar flushing unit to the system.
Flush with clean water into a container until removal of loose deposits ceases.
Completely drain into a container.
Charge the flushing system with Cleansol and circulate for 30 minutes.
Switch off the flushing pump and leave fluid static for 1-12 hours.
Re-circulate for 15 minutes. Drain to a container.
Flush into a container with clean water until it runs clear and has a neutral pH.
Completely drain the system - purging with compressed air if possible.
Re-charge the system and circulate taking care to vent system of all air.
Pressurise and seal the system. Dispose of all fluids according to local regulations.
